COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the J-mar Precision Systems MST-Z-02-PIMM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kensington-Lab product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 1KF53 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00F5060200D manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GMR2340152601100 by Manufacturer Kensington-Lab as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kawasaki Brand P60B13200LCX23 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kearney--Trecker such as 12123405 equipment made by Kearney--Trecker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kearney--Trecker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kearney--Trecker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3618352 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular 07F4F1DBC01 original spares produced by Keb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14F5B1E3A0B by Keb and 12123405 spares by Kearney--Trecker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6013U34 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn. |
